All payments can be made via Payfast. Payfast does not require any sign-up and anybody can use it securely.

Payfast offers Credit Card and Instant EFT features. Should you experience any problems with your payment, please email us and we will forward our EFT details.

Items ordered are complete between 2-5 working days. Lead time depends on the size of order.

Please keep in mind that all items are made to order, which takes some time. Let us know should you require a rush order.

Please ensure that your delivery address is at a physical address where you can collect and sign for the package.

Should you prefer to collect your own order, ie. collect yourself or send your own courier.

Orders can be collected from our studio based in Klerksdorp, North West province, South Africa. The full collection address will be emailed to you when your order is completed and ready for collection. All details will be on your Completed Order verification.

We offer wholesale options to resellers. We can custom brand the bases with your logo and contact details.  To apply as a wholesaler, please complete the Wholesaler Application form. Successful applications will be sent their login credentials whereas they can order their products at a reseller price directly from the website.

Please note that all wholesale orders have a minimum order amount of R1500.

Should you not be satisfied with your order, refunds are acceptable within 7 days of you receiving your product.

We will happily refund your product, excluding shipping costs.

Please note that return-shipping costs will be for your account and items returned must be in the same condition as when dispatched.
